214 Pickle ("the App") is a private court scheduling application. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

When you use the App, we collect:

Account information: Your name, email address, and profile photo (if provided via Google or Apple Sign-In).
Booking data: Court reservations you create, including date, time, and players invited.
Device information: Your device's push notification token, used solely to deliver booking notifications.
Usage data: Basic app interaction data to maintain service reliability.

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account.
To display the shared court schedule to authorized users.
To send push notifications about bookings you are part of (new bookings, cancellations, reminders).
To send email notifications about bookings, if you have email notifications enabled.

3. Information Sharing

Your display name and booking activity are visible to other authorized users of the App. This is the core function of the App — a shared court schedule.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We use the following service providers to operate the App:

Supabase (database, authentication, and backend services)
Apple Push Notification service (push notifications)
Resend (email notifications)
Google Sign-In (optional authentication)

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which uses encrypted connections and row-level security policies. Access to your profile data is restricted to your own account. Booking data is accessible to all authorized users as part of the shared schedule.

5. Your Rights

You can:

Update your display name and notification preferences in the App's Profile screen.
Disable push or email notifications at any time.
Request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@214-pickle.com.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Booking records are retained for scheduling history. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy within the App or on our website.
