How do I get an invite code?

214 Pickle is a private app for authorized court members. Contact your court organizer to receive an invite code.

How do I book a court?

Open the app, tap a day on the calendar, then tap an available time slot. Select 1-3 other players from the member list and tap "Book Court."

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes. Tap the booking on the schedule, then tap "Cancel Booking." Only the person who created the booking can cancel it. All players will be notified.

How do notifications work?

You'll receive push notifications and/or emails when you're added to a booking, when a booking you're in is cancelled, and as a reminder 1 hour before your game. You can toggle push and email notifications in Profile settings.

How do I change my display name?

Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner of the calendar, edit your name, and tap "Save Changes."

How do I delete my account?

Email support@214-pickle.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and we will remove your account and data within 30 days.

What hours can I book?

Court slots are available from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM Eastern Time. Each booking is a 1-hour slot with 2-4 players.
