By using 214 Pickle ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
214 Pickle is a private court scheduling application. Access is granted by invite code only. You agree to use the App solely for its intended purpose of scheduling pickleball court time with other authorized members.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may sign in using email/password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
You agree not to:
Bookings are for 1-hour time slots. Only the booking creator can cancel a booking. All players in a booking will be notified of creation and cancellation. Court availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
By using the App, you consent to receiving push notifications and email notifications related to your bookings. You can disable either or both types in the App's Profile settings at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the App will be error-free. We are not responsible for any injuries, disputes, or issues arising from court usage.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
